RETURNS POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our products (underwear) we are not obligated to accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, we will accept returns providing the underwear is in its original packaging, unopened and unworn. To avoid disappointment by ordering the wrong size underwear - please ensure to follow our size guide

Your statuatory rights are not effected and in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, we will offer a replacement free of charge and at our own shipping expense. All returns will be inspected to ensure the return guidelines have been followed correctly.

Once accepted your refund/exchange will be processed within 1 working day, although it may take 3-5 working days for your refund to arrive in your bank account.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

All UK orders are shipped with Evri. We will provide tracking information as standard.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail to your local postal service.

Please note: Orders that are NOT sent tracked are not covered in the unlikely event of being lost in transit. Please select tracked shipping to ensure you are covered in this scenario.
