All of our orders are shipped with Royal Mail, domestically and internationally.

How long does shipping take?

Customers in the UK can expect their order within 1-3 working days. International customers can expect to receive their order within 5-7 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

UK SHIPPING -

Shipping is free within the UK on orders over £40, orders under this amount are charged £2.99 for 48 hour tracked and insured shipping.

REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING

Shipping is free worldwide for orders over £80 (currency equivalent) and £7 for orders under this amount. We send tracked and insured as standard.

Yes, we're based in the UK but ship worldwide.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Can I return my order?

Orders can be returned providing the item has not been taken out of the original packaging.

Once you've unsealed the packaging we are unable to accept a refund or an exchange.

I ordered the wrong size

If you've ordered the wrong size, drop us a message as soon as possible to let us know so that we can try to change it before its shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you can exchange by returning the unopened item to us so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
